And with over 15 years of experience working with growing companies, I have been laid off a lot.
WOOC Strategies began as a personal response to the struggle of teams of all sizes, teams from all industries, that I had worked with that had great ideas and even clear vision - but didn’t have the understanding of what it meant to achieve 50%, 75%, or 90% of their critical goals.
Sitting at my kitchen table, I looked around for a way to solve the “how” problem at scale.
And if I could solve it at scale, what would it be called?
My sister laughed, looked at the table spread, and pointed:
Wine.
Olive oil.
Cheese.
And WOOC was born. Because sometimes the biggest decisions are no more profound than that.
I loved solving the “how” problem then - and I still do today.
