    WOOC is built on the relentless pursuit of results. The 50/75/90 plan is the conversion of recommendations into actionable guides.

    Includes:

    - Bi-weekly 1 hour working sessions with leadership

    - Bi-weekly 1 hour meetings with team members accountable to the work

    - 2 versions of the 50/75/90 plan allowing for comparison of different goals as priority #1.

  • Recommendations

    Transition and recommendations to support the alignment of leadership and those doing the work.

    - 4 hour postmortem

    - Postmortem report with timelines and action items
