Module 1 - Start with the End in Mind

Destination Planning. What is your ultimate goal? What did you start this journey and why in the damn world would you continue on it?

Module 2 - Let your values have teeth

The framework by which to make decisions is a reflection of who you are and how your business functions.

Module 4 - go far, go together

Delegation is an art both in how your view your strengths and how you view those around you. Are you communicating the values you hold?

Module 6 - the wisdom to know the difference

It’s human nature to want to control our environment. Make peace with what you can’t control and build a system to relentlessly understand the world around you.

How, when, and by what standards do you make your decisions?

  • The Coalition of Do-ers is built for those that are accountability for executing strategic vision + managing the communication to leadership.

    Some roles that would deeply benefit would include COOs, VPs or Directors of Operations, Chiefs of Staff, VPs of Administration, HR Business Partners, and more.

  • The 6 month program costs $4500 per person with a minimum of 4 and maximum of 6 people per Coalition.

  • All Coalitions will be structured to make sure there is no conflict of interest between members to allow for open, honest, and candid conversations.
